La Botega Di Terroni - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Terroni's Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in Puglia. This beautiful olive oil is extracted by hand following a traditional process. This extra virgin olive oil is golden green in colour, very low in acidity, spicy and pungent and with a hint of fruit.
In 1992, two good friends Cosimo and Paolo returned from a summer in Puglia with an idea to open a place in Toronto. Paolo’s family already imported southern Italian staples and Cosimo had experience bartending and working front of house. But neither of them had much of a plan. They had a family connection to a storefront on Queen West and they took it and Terroni was born.
